  • FISCAL REPRESENTATION: for their tranquillity we make sure that the taxes of our clients are paid even if they live abroad. Likewise, if the client is unable to sign the purchase or sale deeds personally, we can provide them with a Power of Attorney to be signed in Spain or abroad, before a Public Notary, so that we may conclude the transaction on their behalf.

    • NON-RESIDENTS:

      • MANAGEMENT & PAYMENT OF NON-RESIDENT WEALTH & INCOME TAX IN SPAIN:
        The Fiscal Department carries out the payments of Non-Resident Wealth & Income Tax. In order to prepare the Wealth & Income tax we review the catastral values on a yearly basis. We also contact every single bank in those cases where our clients have a mortgage, in order to obtain the capital pending and that settled regarding deductions for taxes. Once this has been carried out, we complete the tax declaration of the clients and take each declaration to the corresponding banks for the payment to be made.

      • MANAGEMENT & PAYMENT OF THE IBI (COUNCIL TAXES):
        In addition we make the IBI payments (council taxes). We take care of the bills in the SUMA offices or in the corresponding Town Halls, going directly to each of them in order to make the payments on behalf of our clients.

    • RESIDENTS IN SPAIN:

      • WEALTH & INCOME TAX FOR RESIDENTS:
        If the client is a resident in our country we set up an appointment for each client so that they can provide us with all the relevant documents for our experts to calculate the tax returns.

      • MANAGEMENT & PAYMENT OF IBI (COUNCIL TAXES):
        In addition we make the IBI payments (council taxes). We take care of the bills in the SUMA offices or in the corresponding Town Halls, going directly to each of them in order to make the payments on behalf of our clients.

  • FISCAL ADVICE: the law states that there are certain formalities that are personal and not transferable. Therefore our job is to facilitate the procedure by coordinating those acts being carried out between both parties and expediting the process. We also carried out a revision from a fiscal point of view for the opening of a company with the corresponding, registering, canceling of the company and preparing of the necessary taxes, both with the Tax office and the Social Security.

    • REGISTRATION & REMOVAL FROM THE TAX REGISTERS:
      AROCA SEIQUER & ASOCIADOS will also carry out the registration and removal from the tax registers. The company holds a code which allows us to complete this transaction rapidly and securely through internet.

    • REGISTRATION & REMOVAL FROM THE SOCIAL SECURITY REGISTERS:
      We deal with the registration in the Social Security registers for those clients who wish to commence or terminate a professional or business activity.

    • ADVICE REGARDING NIE & RESIDENCY:
      The NIE, or foreign identification number is an essential document necessary throughout the process of getting your deeds signed. Therefore we inform our clients of which documentation they need to provide in order to apply and help them to fill the forms and advise where the number should be obtained.

    • FREE LEGAL ADVICE:
      Those clients (non-resident) contracting our fiscal services will also receive free legal advice in relation to their property in Spain.
